It is planned that traditional activities carried on from generation to generation by the local community will be carried out on 7 to 11 October. The activity will be centered on Bilik Beach, Tanjungtinggi Village, Sijuk.
Sea salvage is done to preserve the customs of the local community and support the tourism sector in Belitung Regency. This activity is expected to be used by travel agents to introduce the original customs of Belitung to tourists.
Muang Jong's activities are packaged in the local village flagship festival. The top event was held by Muang Jong in the middle of the sea using a fishing boat to release a replica of a boat led by a local village shaman.
The organizing committee also prepared other activities. Among them is the opening of booths, Belitong dance and culture and various competitions for the surrounding community. This activity is planned to be attended by all regional officials.
